“Beautification Project” is still underway!

In early 2016, the RGSC CVC began a strong campaign to assist Rio Grande State Center State Supported Living Center program in personalizing the resident bedrooms. A total of 25 rooms were identified to be high priority due to the scarcity of personal items and individual tastes reflected. A letter with resident’s most favorite items was sent out and within a very short time, donors began to respond. Since then, a total of 12 rooms have been completed with plans to continue with the remaining 13. Many thanks to all who have helped make the living space more home-like and comfortable of those we proudly serve.
